Newly released in VR and offered to anyone who owns the original version (take the seed Bethesda), Hellblade is quite simply one of the most compelling experiences available in VR today. The minimum is 1080, the rest of the settings are High-Very High, an important point in the main part of the settings is to choose in Performance Mode – Graphics Card Specific, which gives a tangible performance increase. The ost is a killer with no name and the 3rd person camera works wonderfully, and let’s imagine what it would look like on so many ‘other games.
Basically, it’s already one of the most captivating games there is. The VR brilliantly reinforces the immersion and a good number of passages are memorable (then this absolutely grandiose ending). Performance as Senua simply captivated us from the first minute of the game. The VR version in particular made everything more intense. When the woman stands a few centimeters in front of me and plays her heart out, we haven’t seen it like this before.
